Cadmold Inc. is a custom service oriented mold & Die maker Located in Tainan city , Taiwan. We offer complete customer services, including synchronous part design debugging parallel , Production engineering , injection molding, Jig & Fixture design , pilot run and assembly. We focus in plastic mold making and serve automotive , office furniture , fitness , outdoors and many other industries from 100 to 2,500 tons of injection molding machine for more than 30 years experience. Our partners have combined 40 years experience in custom molding and can easily resolve the most difficult molding problems. For its customers, Cadmold Inc. is a problem solver, a quality improver, a time & cost saver.

We provide our customers with innovative designs, high quality tool and pilot molding products all at a reasonable cost. Our production are able to schedule operations 24 hours a day 7 days a week to ensure that we deliver our molds & samples to our customers on time.

Geometry – a 3D CAD file, preferably STEP (.stp), IGES (.igs), Parasolid (.x_t or .x_b) or STL (.stl).
2D drawing info – thread call outs, surface finishes, critical tolerances.
Quantity – production tool with guaranty shots , or a prototype tool with a production schedule
Time schedule – when are the mold and sampling part(s) required ?
Material – whether generic grades or precise supplier/grade information.
Function – is it cosmetic or a mechanism part; will it require endurance, heat resistance, chemical resistance etc.
Finish – surface texture with code, painted, polished, raw, high clarity transparent part etc.
